Harper’s Health is a highly respected Allied Health Service provider offering Occupational Therapy and Psychology Support services across clinics locations in East Maitland and Lorn.


We are looking for a fun and motivated individual to join the Administration Dream Team!

We have a passionate team of therapists and are looking for the right candidate to help support our people and our Harper’s Health Family. Our services are predominately paediatric and our clinics are filled with smiling faces as a result of the amazing support offered by the Harper’s Team.


As an administrator, you would work closely with our Operations Manager and alongside our therapists to provide the best possible experience to our client base. Our administration roles are varied across our locations and we value creative input into the day to day operation of the business. 


We are seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual on a permanent part-time basis (min 15 hrs/wk) with the skillset to support our team. The days and hours would be 

Tue - Wed 8 am - 5 pm with the flexibility to support the team on additional days if required.

Selection Criteria:  The box’s you need to tick include:


  • Demonstrated ability to independently problem-solve and set priorities in complex situations

  • Experience in Disability support services or General health industry preferrable

  • Existing knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme and Medicare

  • Knowledge of Halaxy software or similar Health Practitioner Platform

  • Experience preferable in Xero Accounting, processing online claims via PRODA and Medicare.  

  • A good understanding of Google Workspace

  • Excellent organisational skills and high work ethic

  • Proven calendar management, experience processing appointments and billing

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Relatable, warm and positive personality 

  • Enjoys working in a team environment

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service Role

  • Current Driver’s licence

  • Working with Children Check
