At Harper’s Health, we believe in transparency and accessibility when it comes to our services. Below, you’ll find detailed pricing information for our psychology, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services. Our goal is to provide high-quality care while ensuring our clients have a clear understanding of the costs involved.
Funding & Rebates
We accept various funding options to help make our services more accessible, including:
Medicare
Eligible clients may receive rebates for psychology services under a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP). Certain allied health services may be covered under an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plan.
Private Health Insurance
Many private health funds cover psychology, occupational therapy, and speech therapy sessions. Coverage varies, so we recommend checking with your provider.
NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)
We support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Services can be tailored to meet your needs under your approved plan.
Workers’ Compensation & Insurance Claims
If you are seeking therapy services as part of a workers’ compensation or insurance claim, we can work with your insurer to arrange payment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure we can provide the best care to all clients, we require at least 2 business days notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 2 business days notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Missed appointments without notice will be charged at the full session fee.
Booking & Payment
Payments are required to be paid in full 3 days prior to your appointment and can be made via EFTPOS, credit card, or direct deposit.
For Medicare claims, we can assist with processing rebates.
