What happens in a therapy session?
Each session is tailored to the client’s needs. Our therapists focus on assessment, goal setting, intervention strategies, and skill-building. Sessions may involve talking therapy, practical exercises, or structured activities, depending on the service.
Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No, a referral is not required for private-paying clients. However, to access Medicare rebates, you will need a referral from your GP under a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHCP) or an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plan.
How do I know if I’m eligible for Medicare rebates?
To be eligible for rebates, you must:
Have a valid referral from a GP, psychiatrist, or pediatrician
Be assessed as needing mental health or allied health services
Have a current Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHCP) or EPC Plan

What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 2 business days' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Example: If your session is on Monday at 10 AM, you must cancel by Thursday at 10 AM to avoid a fee.

Public holidays are not counted as business days.

Late cancellations may incur the full session fee.
How do I claim my Medicare or private health rebate?

Medicare rebates can be processed at the clinic after your appointment.

If using private health insurance, you may be able to claim rebates directly through your insurer’s app or online portal.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes! We offer telehealth sessions for psychology, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. These can be done via secure video conferencing.
